All historical documents on Stingray Tom’s Florida are the intellectual property of the persons, organizations and/or businesses who created the documents. All rights to use them here or anywhere else ultimately lie with them, unless they are outside of copyright protection.
Nearly all of the historical images on Stingray Tom’s Florida are digital copies of documents in my archive. Many are covered by copyright law (which can be highly complicated). I’ve used them on the website for educational purposes, since the information they contain is an important part of history. Where I have information on a photographer, artist or writer, I provide the names because it’s important for everyone to get credit for their work.
